You can have food intolerances or symptoms with certain foods, without it showing on a blood test. You are best to go on observation and how you feel. If you get bloating or any symptom frequently after a certain food, you are best to avoid it, especially not eat it on a regular basis.

Usually they do a blood test to get your blood type to see what food may be best for a person. I'm wondering if that's how it was done for you. If so what is your blood type? Mine is 0, with all your energy I was thinking you might be an 0 or A. Fabulous retreat. Thanks for sharing😁😍😘

Funny about the food intolerance test, my hubs took the test because of a pretty bad unknown reaction. It was from an independent allergy test company and it came back with SO many intolerances that it was scary. We then scheduled tests with our primary Dr. to confirm and make changes going forward. Guess what? The tests came back completely opposite outside of a few matching grass and tree allergies. 🤷🏻‍♀️
